A Fruitful Time

I believe the Lord has called me to evangelism. I have a deep passion for sharing the message of the Gospel, especially with those who have never heard it. I also have a heart for missions and love traveling to serve the Lord wherever He leads. Last Christmas, I had the opportunity to travel with my sister Dina to Hatay, Turkey, where we served among people who had been deeply affected by the recent earthquake. We partnered with the IM team based there, joining them in home visits to share the hope of the Gospel and the story of Christ’s birth.
During one of our visits, we asked a simple but profound question: “Why did Jesus come? What did He come to save us from?” To our surprise, no one in the home knew the answer. One woman responded, “If you know what Jesus came to save us from, please tell us—because honestly, we don’t know.” This opened the door for us to clearly and fully share the message of the Gospel. We had the privilege of proclaiming the good news to many families during that trip. It was a truly fruitful mission, and the local IM team continues to serve faithfully among the people there.
I was deeply encouraged to see how God used me during this trip. It reminded me how many people still live with no knowledge of the Gospel—and how important it is for us to remain available for God to send and use us.
One of the most joyful moments of this year was seeing two people from different countries, both from non-Christian backgrounds, come to faith in Christ and fully surrender their lives to Him. I personally witnessed the joy of heaven as they believed and committed themselves to follow Jesus.
Please pray for me—that the Lord would continue to use me, send me to more countries, and help me be a faithful witness for Him.

Nora works with children in Port Said, shares the Gospel online through social media, and participating in short-term mission trips. She hopes to travel to more countries to share the Gospel with unreached people.
